Returns & exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. In making sure you have the right product, please help us by ensuring that all returns/exchanges are done properly.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. All products and packaging must be in new condition and may not be returned or exchanged used, worn or altered in any way Returns must be sent back to Judge Wear promptly after an RMA is issued.

To return a Judge Wear product, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing hello@judgewear.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Sales order number
  • Which items are being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt

  • All products and packaging must be in new condition and not used, worn or altered in any way
  • An RMA number is required for all returns
  • Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled
  • Judge Wear is not responsible by errors caused by delivery vendors
  • Customized items may not be returned or exchanged
  • All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • All process and shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
  • Sending products back to Judge Wear is the responsibility of the customer
